 + 0 moreRecommended a change to original plan. It did cost much more, but was a wise choice in that it provided me with much more attractive and usable space. He wanted money up front, but was will to negotiate payment as the project developed. I did not have to pay until material was delivered and paid only after sections of the work was completed.
Description of Work: build a retaining wall 60 foot long - included other erosion control with several pallets of boulders, several loads of fill dirt. Commercial grade retaining grade block was used.
