Response from Joseph's Tree Removal & Yard Care LLC
Sir, I am sorry for your concern. I have attached my e-mails to you concerning your yard. As we spoke on the phone and between these e-mails and other contacts I am sorry you had tree work from a other tree company that damaged your yard. However, when I talked to your wife on sight I told her to get multiple quotes to repair your yard from the damage done by the other company that removed the trees. Sir, you have placed a damaging and potentially crippling post on Angie's list and I do not think it is appropriate. I am a small veteran/ family owned business and take pride in our honesty. I was simply trying to save you money and more headache by advising you to wait until the spring. Please respond. Sincerely, Joseph Manuel [removed member name] I am sorry for the lateness for your estimate I will have it to you by today. I also advise you to possibly wait till spring to do this because we do not like to tear up a yard a leave just bare dirt. It will be hard to plant seed or put sod down this time of year. I will be back with you for your quote. Joseph Sent from my iPhone > On Sep 29, 2014, at 5:50 AM, [removed member name] <[removed member name]> wrote: > > Thank you. It is my professional opinion that the work on your property will be best completed in the spring. You still have some shade in your back yard and if we re-grade now we would be making more of a mess. I could only put down a contractor(winter rye) down now and come back in the spring to lay healthy sod down. I do not like doing business this way. The reason for that is that you would be simply paying me for two separate trips and paying me to prepare the yard twice. We take care of all your yard need in the spring if you would like. I am sorry and appriciate your time. Please call if you have further questions. Thank you and take care.
