Daniel was easy to make an appointment with. He was prompt and polite when he arrived. He had our old dishwasher out and the new one in very quickly! He was very kind and even took a look at our sink to let us know about getting a garbage disposal in. We'll have him back for that when the time comes!

Our water heater started leaking all over our garage. It was a Friday. I called a few plumbers in the area but no one could come until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week unless I wanted to pay extra for weekend and emergency work. I have 6 people in our household that work and go to school. They need hot water! The last place I called, the woman suggested that I call Daniel. He was very professional on the phone. I described the problem, he said it sounds like you have a hole in the unit which means the unit needed to be replaced. He said he would get a water heater that day and could be at our house the next morning to fix it. He came on Saturday morning looked at our old unit and said it had a large hole in it. It needed to be replaced as he suspected it would. He spent the morning taking out the old and putting in the new. Once he was sure everything was working properly, I wrote him a check, he loaded up the old unit and disposed of it for us and went on his way. We have not had any problems since. He didn't charge me extra for coming on the weekend or for the emergency fix. I found him to be professional and knowledgeable and plan to call him for all of our plumbing needs.

He did a great job and was very nice. He is a clean worker and did not waste any time. I would definitely use him again.
