My washer is not fixed. I want my money back and Andrew will not answer my phone calls or texts. They put new part on washer and Iâ  m still having the same problem. (Suspension rods)

Called them to come and assess my dishwasher and showed up on time and with a good attitude. I requested a written assessment for insurance purposes and I have been waiting for the email. I have spoken to Andrew and he promised to send it right away last Friday, texted him over the weekend, and left him a message, finally got a hold of him twice and each time he said, we will send you the email right away. I have now, lost the money for their assessment since I need a new contractor to write me the assessment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people who hold no integrity, lying and skimming people.

I contacted this company 11/22 to fix my dishwasher's soap dispenser which they did on 11/29. After they left the dispenser worked but the dishwasher did not work properly. I text the co. and told them 12/4. They said it was probably another problem. After several attempts to get them to come back to check it out, they finally came 12/8, and said it was most likely the control panel or possibly the pump. My adult son was here when they came so they text me with the results. I agreed to have it fixed, and they said they would call me so I can give them the money to order the part. That was Monday 12/11. I have NOT heard from them after leaving several phone msg and texts. Today is 12/14. If I could give them a zero, I definitely would. They are certainly NOT reliable or caring. What company would leave a job half done, and then ignore your messages and texts? I feel that customers should be aware of this awful behavior.

Called them one day and they came the next day. Technician was honest about the cost of the washing machine repair he said he could fix it but we could add another 100.00 on the repair cost and buy a new one since the machine was already seven years old.
