Critter Man was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and explained how he would eliminate the rodent problem. He also gave advice how to keep the problem from occurring again. If we have any other problems Critter Man will be our first call.

I recently used the wildlife removal services provided by The Critter Man, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, professionalism and expertise was shown. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. The customer service team was friendly and accommodating, and they were able to book me in for a same-day service. When the technician arrived, he was on time and well-prepared. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my property and identified the source of our issue. His knowledge of local wildlife behavior and habits was evident, and he quickly revised a plan to safely and humanely remove the animal. Throughout the removal process, he kept me informed every step of the way. He explained their methods clearly and answered all of my questions. Once the animal was safely removed, he also fixed the entry point, and took the time to inspect the rest of my property to ensure that there were no additional entry points for wildlife to re-enter. Valuable recommendations for preventing future infestations were also provided. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by The Critter Man. My wife and I had The Critter Man come help with a squirrel problem. We were hearing noises in our attic, and then called The Critter Man. He went into our attic, said it was a squirrel and set a safe trap (and yep, we caught a squirrel). He also found the hole that the squirrel made and fixed it. We definitely recommend these guys and will be calling them again in the future, if needed.
