Ken and his team were prompt, professional, and affordable. I got estimates from two other companies. One was outrageous and the other spent the most of the time trying to convince me that the deck couldn’t be stained the way I wanted it. They wanted me to pay for the stain and the brushes and wanted 60% before they started. Kens pricing gave me exactly what I wanted,included the materials and labor and removing and replacing the furniture on the dtop CJ. All of that at half of what they charged!!! He also told me how to care for it after he left.

Not only did he do what he said he was going to do he did an excellent job and also will be having him back to pressure wash our house. Our deck looks fantastic.

Responded quickly to my request for a quote. While giving me a quote for cleaning my deck I requested and received a quote for cleaning carpet in my basement. Hired Ken and he did a terrific job on the deck and carpet. In particular, very thorough on the deck (pressure wash, sand, stain) and it looks great! Nice guy, professional, responsive! I don't normally max someone out on a rating, however, this man is amazing. We had him do the house as we were moving out and needed to have it in move in condition. The job he did on the carpets was unbelievable. He removed every stain and the entire carpet looked brand new. It is a dry process so we were able to walk on it after it was done and it had a very nice fresh scent to it. I would definitely use this service again.

Ken pressure washed the deck and screened porch and stained the deck. He also cleaned carpet in three rooms for free! He did a great job with the deck and gave life back to old carpet that needs to be replaced until I have the time and money to do that. I will recommend Ken to my friends!
