Description of Work: "David replaced the leaking floor in our main shower and the rotted sub-floor under it. Working with Gary Spinner, they did excellent tile work. I would definitely use him again."

+ -1 moreI called this provider to schedule a repair on my house that would have cost around $5k. He mentioned that he was interested and that he would contact my tenant to schedule a time to fix. He then texted me two days later saying that he could not work on my project, since he just accepted another preject that would take him 6 weeks to complete. He may do a good job, which is why I didn't rate him on this, but he's not the most professional and I wouldn't expect timely service if he is so swamped with projects.

He has an eye for detail and took a problem spot where we have a 2 foot over hang on our second story and made it blend in perfectly. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Dave was prompt each day and the job was completed on time.
Description of Work: We replaced our old deck with a screened porch.

+ 2 moreHis name is Davis. The people at Paciotti Builders are very responsive and very polite. They always call us back on time and come out when they say they would. They are conscientious about that. The quote is for about $8500. They are very flexible in working with us. They have just started work on our deck today. I'm very familiar with them. They have done work for my other family members. They are outstanding. It's just a very good experience working with them.
Description of Work: We got a quote from Paciotti Builders for deck work, a storm door, roof repair, and a paver patio. We are just having the deck refaced and having an addition to the deck.
