+ -1 moreThe guy has always gotten back with me. His price is reasonable, and he is always on time. He tells what he is going to do before he does it. We also had them for the past few years just to do our safety check on our furnace and our air conditioner. They make sure it is up-to-date and everything. First of all, I like the fact that he gets back to you if you do have any problem, and he is easy to work with. He tells us what he is going to do before he does it. If he said he is going to come back to see us on a certain time, he comes back the right time. In addition, he is reasonable! That's what I like about him.
Description of Work: I have used Murphy Heating Air & Plumbing. We were having a little problem with the air conditioning because it was not cooling so the guy did our air conditioner and checked our furnace.

Description of Work: They serviced our heat pump and put in freon. He had to level our heat pump as well.
