They had to come out twice to pressure wash the house, the first time they were unable to complete the job, they did not have enough water. They initially went to the wrong address and started the job on that home and that is probably why they ran out of water. I set up an appointment with him giving me the option of the time for when he would be available, no show no call. I would not recommend them.

The person who came out to give the quote came out with the team to show them what they were to paint & then at the end of the job he also came out to make sure everything was ok; we did have to ask them to come back out to paint something that was overlooked. They quickly came back out with the whole team & fixed the problem & when they were done the second time the man who came out to do the estimate came back out to make sure that everything was alright still. They did a good job.

Paul came out & gave me an estimate. He was polite & since the job was pretty small gave me an estimate right then & there. I signed the contract to have the work done & the actual painters were out as scheduled. The painters were pleasant and did a good job of covering up my living room so it wouldn't get messy. They did a fine job of the painting and were thorough about clean up. This was a very small job but from what I've seen I would not hesitate to call them for more 'real' paining work. Nice people to work with.

JOB STARTED MORE THAN AN MONTH FROM CONTRACTED DATE WITH NO EXPLAINATION. PHONE CALLS WERE RARELY RETURNED OR ANSWERED. UPON SIGNING OF CONTRACT PAINT COLORS WERE DETERMINED AND IN PRINT. BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF WEEKS BETWEEN PRESSURE WASHING AND THE WEEK OF PAINTING, MILDEW REFORMED ON SIDING. THE COMPANY DIDN'T WANT TO WASH AGAIN. PAINTING CREW ARRIVED WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE, 24 HRS WAS REQUESTED. THEY CALLED MY HOME NUMBER AND THREATENED POSTPONING THE JOB UNLESS I CONTACTED HIM WITH PAINT COLORS. LEIGH IS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. WOOD ROT WAS NOT REPLACED IN SOME AREAS. NEW WOOD WAS NOT PRIMED OR COMPLETELY PAINTED. PAINT WAS DRIPPED ON PATIOS AND DECK AND DABBED ON SCREENS AND BRICK ON FOUNDATION. PEELING PAINT WAS NOT SCRAPED AWAY BEFORE PAINTING. FRONT DOOR WAS NOT PAINTED, I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF. PHONE CALLS AND LETTERS OF COMPLAINT WERE NEVER ANSWERED AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. MR COPFER NEVER SHOWED UP FOR FINAL WALK THROUGH. GREAT DISSAPOINTMENT.

HE HAS LEFT US WITH A PARTIALLY FINISHED JOB, HE HAS NOT COMPLETED OUR EXTERIOR OR INTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE, AND WE PAID HIM. HE HAS NOT RETURNED CALLS AND WE CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS PERSON. I HAVE SIGNED DOCUMENTS TO PROVE THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS.

WE HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE TO SAND THE CABINETS DOWN AND REPAINT, WALL PAINT WAS ON THE CEILING AND HAD TO BE REDONE AND ALL OF THE TRIM NEEDED TO BE REPAINTED. HE LEFT PAINT RUNNING DOWN OUR WALLS AND RUNS IN THE BASEBOARD. WE HAD PAINT RUNNING DOWN OUR SHOWER STALL, GARDEN TUB AND WALL TO WALL ON OUR FLOOR. IT WAS A DISASTER! ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS 600.00...WE PAID 200 PLUS HAD THE WORK REDONE BY SOMEONE ELSE.
