+ -1 moreWe paid Luis $65,000 to install a large driveway with 4 inches of asphalt and 2 inches of base. We noticed after 1st rain 2 areas that were holding water. Within 4 weeks we had an area breaking in pieces. We notified Luis and he has been promising to come here for the past 8 months and has not come. After checking out asphalt in detail the thickest piece was 3 inches and most was 2 inches. We are hiring an attorney to sue for fraud as he did not install what he promised. His last conversation he told me he doesn't want to pay to fix it and that he would file it on his insurance. That was 3 months ago. He's a crook.
