+ 0 moreKen does excellent work, but gives a starting date that needs to be rescheduled. This is not the first time we have used Ken and every time the start date has been delayed from the original agreed on start date.
Description of Work: Repaired soffit where a limb fell on the house, plus various small jobs around the interior of the house.

+ 4 moreKen does excellent work, and has excellent craftsmanship. But, there were many days he was arriving late in the morning, and some days not at all. Only had I man who had helped him doing the work, would stay late when he came late in the day. We did some painting to lower the prices.
Description of Work: From 5-12 to 7-12-2011 Remodeled upstairs bath, enlarged new 2 window dimmer over old 1 window dimmer. Built custom bath vanity, sheet rocked, painted, new plumbing, all electrical. New breaker box in adjoining room. We gutted the room before estimate.
