Description of Work: Took my working Ipad Mini 2 to get a cracked screen replaced,They Broke my Ipad some way changing the glass and would not take any responsibility for it,They sent my Ipad back in the mail after almost 3 months,still broken..Its still in on my verizon bill till october 22 2017,Reason i took it there guy said it would take 3 or 4 days, which was faster than sending it off i thought,Yeah right if you value your things dont take them to Computer Plus

+ -1 moreAgain, this is a cumulative evaluation and, as I mentioned above, I don't remember the service we required back in March of last year. As an example of the work they've done: I needed to upgrade Windows because some software required a later version. I dreaded having to back up everything, install Windows and reload. Aaron took the system unit to the shop, backed it up, installed Windows and new Office software, and reloaded all my and quot;stuffand quot; along with improved anti-virus and malware protection. We are extremely fortunate to have this company in Star. It's good to walk into their place and see someone we know -- not a changing cast of characters. The work is done professionally and the price is fair. They'll work on our computers in or home or take them to the shop, when necessary or when it will save us money. If we have a quick question, we can call and get an answer -- no problem.
Description of Work: I have used the services of Computer Plus on nine different occasions. The last time was March of 2012. I don't remember what service we required at that time. They have helped us in the past five-plus years with virus/malware removal, networking, backup, and installation of a new Windows operating system.
