Description of Work: Mr. Flanner and Scooter were very professional and just delightful to deal with. We had previously been cheated by another contractor who took a deposit and did not do the job (Reliable Construction Co.). Flanner Construction completed the job ( a deck), very quickly, just a few days, cleaned up and we look forward to having them back to do gutters and some other jobs soon.

+ 1 moreHe was very informative, he gave me good information. They were punctual and did the job on time. He considered my input as to what type of windows I was looking for. I wanted the original look of the windows that were already in the home and he made suggestions as to whether or not I really wanted a seamless or non-seamless type gutter. He worked with me as far as the pricing to make sure that I was given the best value for the money that I wanted to put out.
Description of Work: Flanner Contracting Inc did complete my windows and gutters a year ago. I also got a roofing estimate from them but I didn't use them for that.
