+ -1 moreHe did the estimate really fast, and he was talking on a cell phone the entire time. They were supposed to mail me the estimate, but I didn't receive it until I called and requested it again. We did have some issues in terms of professionalism with the person who came out to do the estimate. Admittedly, however, this does not necessarily reflect on the quality of work.

Description of Work: AFTER SEEING A COUPON IN THE ANGIE'S LIST MAILER, I CALLED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS REFURBISHED. THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED SAID HE WAS AT LUNCH AND WOULD CALL BACK, BUT NEVER DID.

Description of Work: NO WORK WAS PERFORMED. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE COMPANY TO COME OUT AND TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND PROVIDE US WITH AN ESTIMATE. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED.
