After researching and scrutinizing numerous companies on Angie's List, we decided to hire this company to perform whole house pressure washing. Initial impression on the phone with Becky was positive. I explained to her my concern of potential damage to our hardy plank, stained cedar, paint, and stone patio/fireplace with pressure washing. She stated they use low pressure wash and NO BLEACH. I asked her if she planned to send someone to our house to examine the scope of work and the integrity of the siding/cedar/stone in order to provide an accurate estimate of cost. When she replied by stating they use Google maps/images to provide estimates, that should have been my red flag. I asked, again, to have Frank come take a look at the house to make sure he could safely clean it and comfortable with cleaning the stone without causing damage to it or loosening the grout. Becky agreed and Frank came by. While at my house, he assured me he could safely clean everything and did not use bleach. At no point did he mention he would be sending a separate crew to perform the work. The crew came while I was at work and my husband was working from home. Since we were assured by Becky and Frank, they would not use bleach and knew how to safely clean the stone, my husband did not stand over them while they worked. Unfortunately, the first thing I noticed when I pulled into the driveway, was the missing paint on my wooden railing on the front porch. When I stepped onto the porch, the fumes from the bleach almost knocked me down. When we examined the stone patio, there was residual chipped stone and grout still lying on the patio. My husband contacted Frank and had him come over to look at the stone. He repeatedly denied the damage was related to the pressure washing and was argumentative. Interestingly, though, we did not have any chipped stone or grout prior to the cleaning (hence having the owner look at it prior to hiring). We had the original stone installer come by to see if this could be directly related to the pressure washing. He stated most definitely since it was sandstone. Bottom line from this experience, even though we asked the appropriate questions and demanded the owner look at our property prior to cleaning, one can not be certain the individual is truthful or willing to take accountability for their mistakes or mishap. I will not recommend this company nor put much trust in Angie's List.

Once they were on site, very solid job of cleaning the gutters and removing debris. Communications were a little spotty that resulted in a cancelled appointment. That's the only thing that kept them from straight A's across the board. Would definitely use again. Very friendly and great customer service.

I feel this was a bait and switch. I called them to set up and appointment for this work and they told me they would have to come out and do an estimate even though I had already purchased the coupon. Using google maps they determined that based on the length of my driveway, it would be an additional $49. I only have a standard two-car driveway, as they mention in the deal, but they said it was too far set back from the street. I filed a complaint with the BBB and seriously doubt anyone with a home on a public street would be able to use this deal.

PWC is a company I HIGHLY recommend to everyone. It was great being able to talk to someone without playing phone tag or having to wait for email responses. When we emailed, I had quick responses and if we spoke by phone, I was able to speak to Frank or Beckie and not have to listen to some elevator music. They came on the line and I was 'hold-free'. We were able to schedule someone for the following day and the cleaning team did an amazing job. Even better than I could have imagined. Everything looks great and you would never know we had a problem to begin with. As for the cleaning team, they were very courteous and professional. When the job was completed, they took us on a walk through to show us what was done and make sure we were pleased. We will definitely be using this company again. If you're looking for a reliable, professional company who treats you like a person and not incoming cash, look no further. You'll be extremely pleased with Beckie and Frank.

I called a few firms about pressure washing my house. I had a big concern about my gutters. They have that ugly tiger stripe on them and look horrible. They are supposed to be white. Also, I had a pressure washing firm in the past ruin my screens and I didn't want to go through that again. The first 2 firms I called told me the gutters couldn't be cleaned (or at least they didn't clean them). However, Beckie at Pressure Wash Carolina assured me they would get the gutters clean even though some are 3 stories high. I was gone out of town while they did the work. Frank called me that morning to give me a time they would be there. I told him I wasn't there but his check was under the mat. Now I'm sorry I wasn't home when they did the work. Why? because I really want to see how in the heck they got my house so clean. Came home today and it looks amazing. I've never seen my white gutters and trim look so white!!! I'll use them again without hesitation. Thanks Frank for exceeding my expectations.

Pressure Was Carolina did a terrific job. I purchased gutter cleaning through a voucher. From the initial call, they were very responsive, provided an estimate for other services they provide and worked me into the schedule within a week. The property is in investment property and had been a little neglected, so I added a soft wash of the home and gutter brightening. After Pressure Wash Carolina finished the home sparkled (it looked like it had been repainted). They were reasonably priced, were very thorough, quick and cleaned up all the debris associated with gutter cleaning. I could not be more pleased, will use them again and highly recommend their services.

Frank and his crew were extremely professional and completed an excellent job pressure washing my cape cod white green algae covered home. It sparkled when they finished! I will use Frank on a regular basis to keep my home this clean after the pollen season. I also found the job reasonably priced
