Description of Work: hired to clean out guttters on a rental property. representatives I spoke with were very friendly, however, was a bit concerned when they informed me that they went to the property but there was a dog in the yard and,therefore, couldn't do the work. upsetting since I have a no pet policy, but upon speaking with the company again, it came to light they actually went to my personal property instead of the property I had contracted them to work on. No harm no foul, as we rescheduled and the work was performed. It could have been a big issue if the work had been done but to the wrong home. A fairly large miscommunication that will hopefully not happen in the future. Work was performed, and I was satisfied. Owner was pleasant and responsive.

Description of Work: They gave me a service date and an approximate time of service between 8:00AM and 5:00PM. They called me within 1/2 hour of arrival time. I was told that there would be 2 persons, one the owner, who would provide the service of cleaning my gutters. They performed the service along with the clean up and were gone within less than one hour of arriving. They brought all their own equipment. They did not even have to personally contact me, as I had told them that I had had a treatment, and would not be able to answer the door unless there was some kind of emergency. They came, did the work, and were gone in more than a reasonable time with better than expected results. If I live to next year, I will likely call them again for gutter cleaning. :-)
