Description of Work: Insulate attic doors, patch hole in wall, repair loose deck railings, adjust door latches, repair split roofing beam in attic, caulk bathtub/shower, adjust heat lamp fan.

Description of Work: M.L. Walker & Co gave me an estimate for their kitchen cabinet service, flooring service, tile work in the bathroom, painting, converting a room into a garage, taking down a wall to make two rooms....lots of different things.

+ -1 moreMike is great to work with. He doesn't forget a thing and is very steady. He's a hands on guy and go do just about anything!! We are very happy with our results.
Description of Work: We had the hard wood floors stripped and redone, the entire house painted. WE installed an outdoor shower, replaced carpeting. We had a new vanity in the master bath that required plumbing and electrical. The exterior was pressure washed and new concrete was poured. The deck was stained and a natural gas line installed to our grill. There were other misc. repairs made.

+ 1 moreWe had some discoloration on our vinyl flooring and wanted to update with ceramic tile. We scheduled estimates with several contractors. and M.L. Walker was our choice because of their professionalism and their detailed estimate was within our budget. Mike and his associate always arrived on time and worked steadily the entire time that they were here. I was very impressed with the clean and tidy manner that they performed the job. The final product was better than we expected and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring this type of service. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.
