Great! The owner came to my home and assessed the job and was confident his team could reinstall and make it work even though I didn't purchase the awning from him. The guys came out on time and did a great job. They were courteous, professional and fixed it in the timeframe given. I wish now that I had called John and his crew in the first place.

They were always on time. I believe they have top quality awnings and hardware. They don't overpromise re: time because the hardware we bought came from Italy. They make the awnings themselves and that takes time too. When all parts were ready, they called and scheduled installation. Again they were on time and did a nice job and hid all the wiring needed (for retraction, remote control). Awning also has a motion sensor.

The experiance with Charlotte Awning Company was truly good from start to finish. I called and talked to David requesting a price quote and he came to the house the next day. He took lots of time to answer questions, make recommendations and went over all of the choices with us. He was informative, professional, personable and knowledgeable. When David called to schedule the installation of the awning, we had a family emergency in NY and had to postpone the installation. He was so accomodating and worked with us to reschedule quickly upon our return. The installation crew was quick, neat, personable and helpful. This was a very good experiance. I highly recommend this company.

They put up the screens. They cleaned up afterwards. They were here when they said they'd be here. They were very nice. The gentleman was scheduled to come out on a Monday to take measurements and give me an estimate, but there was a threat of snow. Normally he doesn't work on Sundays, but he came out then to be sure he was able to get out. The price seemed a little high, but they were very nice.

John came out to give us a quote. Brought out samples and demonstrated the features of the awning by showing how it would looks. Had a nice setup on his van that really helped us make our decision. We chose fabric and pattern/design. Installation was delayed as the order had the wrong fabric; John called us to inform us about it. Installation was pushed out by a few days. But on the new date, his crew arrived on time and efficiently installed it. They cleaned the area after they were done. We have been using it regularly and have no issues.

Installation occurred later than expected due to unforeseen problems. First scheduled date was moved out a day because of rain. Second date was moved 8 days due to truck breakdown. Once they got here, I could tell they knew what they were doing! Installation took about 3 1/2 hours. When the remote didn't work for me, they brought me another one first thing the next morning. I am very pleased with this purchasing and installation experience. The only thing I don't like about the awning is how it looks since it sits up about a foot on my roof.

I just love my awning. John spent quite a bit of time at my home. Thanks to him, I made an informed decision. He never made me feel rushed; like he had somewhere else to be - What also sold me was the fact that he personally installed it.
