Great company! The team worked well and fast. Stones laid in concrete, plants handled with care. Easy modifications worked through us and the team as we saw the plan coming to life. They also laid out landscape lighting and easily moved it if needed to work out for our family's needs in the yard and driveway. They worked neatly with mulch, dirt and rocks. Protected our new driveway and grass. A wonderful experience with them.

The entire job was completed in one very full work day, with a most professional Hyatt team --- periodically supervised by Tony and Josh themselves --- arriving in waves to remove old shrubs and debris, lay down topsoil, install plants, create a gently sloping path, and mulch, mulch, mulch. All trash was hauled away and the yard left picture perfect. When we phoned to report grease/oil stains on the concrete walkway, Josh came out and personally cleaned the surface. Project cost came in exactly as proposed in estimate, and Hyatt was very good at adjusting the number/density of plantings to stay within our price point. We hope to schedule a spring visit/evaluation soon to see what may not have survived the winter. Now we get up every morning and look forward to seeing what new growth has popped up where, instead of saying to each other "We've just got to do something with this back yard, it's awful."

This company is top notch. They accommodated every request and came through with a product that exceeded my expectations.

I purchased a deal from Angie's list for a design package which had been available for $89, I missed the closing date and paid $359. The deal was later made available for $89 but not for me. Cecil came out to talk about my requirements and went back to prepare the quote. The estimate for improving the drainage was $11000 and the landscaping which, included an unwanted fire pit and patio, was quoted at $22000. This was so far above my budget I looked for alternatives. I got the drainage problem solved for$800 and a decent landscaping package for $3500 from Kale Lawncare

There was a problem over timing--they took a while to get to me, but once they did their work was excellent--except there are still some roots (big, tough ones) when I tried to plant bulbs, and I wish they had dug a little lower--I did not then know that this area is famous for its rock hard blue clay, impossible to get through without a pick-axe, which I have bought. Without it, my first attempts at planting could not go deep enough for the plants. But they probably did not realise, and I certainly did not know beforehand, or being a keen gardener I might have put in raised beds instead. Can't blame them for my rock-hard soil, thouigh. Little bit of lawn looked nice, and the beds are artistically curved. Trees were removed as requested, and everywhere looks more open and much better than before. The amount of (good quality) mulch was a novelty, but I have to remove it from areas which will not be beds, but where I actually walk. Advice would be to watch and be specific. I could take good photos to illustrate, but do not know how to "upload" on my Ipad--sorry!

Tony, Josh, Cecil and the entire team at Hyatt did a very professional and wonderful job. The quality of the work was first class and the end product is terrific! We would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a first class, high quality job.

The company designed a draft of landscaping for my front and back yard.

Went well. Scheduling was a breeze. Cecil listened to our needs, provided ideas, and returned with a design that matched our expectations.

Great they were able to show us how to light up the back yard beautiful plans but we couldn't afford the work at this time.

The initial consultation took approximately forty minutes on our small property. We walked the property and Cecil took our input for what we were envisioning. He then proceeded to take measurements. Two weeks later he came and discussed his design with us and provided an itemized list of what was needed. He brought a hardcopy of the design and later provided one by email. Cecil was very punctual, kind and courteous. He has a good knowledge of the trees and plants he was recommending. He explained the design in detail and also offered alternatives that would work. He was patient and answered all our questions carefully. It was a pleasure to talk and do business with him.

Cecil was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time for the initial and design walkthrough. The design he came up with looks great and we were very happy with the outcome.

Design services were adequate but had to wait 6 weeks before an estimate was provided to make a decision. Once the project bid was provided the price quote was way over the budget. Estimator didn't seem to want to work out a better deal even though I asked for different options.

Cecil was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the plantings and landscaping that was recommended and provided a detailed drawing of the design to scale. The first day was preparation and installing the drain pipe extensions, then was topped with tons of dirt. The second day Josh and crew installed the plantings (trees and shrubs) along with lots of quality mulch. Grass seed was installed where it was much needed. Hyatt Landscaping was very professional from the start, always on time, and clean-up was better than I expected. They even left the driveway and street spotless! We are very impressed and excited about our new look in front of our house. We get many compliments...Thank You Cecil, Josh and crew, you're #1!

I met with Cecil Dean to tell him what my long term vision is, what plants and landscaping I like/don't like, maintenance level, etc. Cecil asked a lot of questions, took measurements and then came back a few weeks later with a design and prices. He walked me through the design and the cost with no pressure to buy from Hyatt now or later. His design ideas were very good - they captured what I was describing and the plans are mine to keep.

Went very well. The man was very personable he was on time. He was stuck in traffic at one point but called and apologized. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

We were extremely pleased with Hyatt Landscaping and its staff of professionals from start to finish on our new patio. We were given design assistance, materials recommendations, and aesthetic options to maximize the final result. The company was very responsive to our questions and concerns, reliable and timely, and truly professional and taking great pride in their work. We cannot say enough about the quality of work from our project planner to the installers. The project turned out exactly as we had hoped. Very high praise of Hyatt Landscaping for others with landscape and hardscape needs.

There were several drainage issues in our yard after building our home. Neither our builder nor two other well known landscape companies could fix the standing water in our yard. We joined Angie's List hoping to find a landscaper that specialized in drainage. After calling Hyatt Landscaping, their representative, Cecil met with us. He listened, asked questions, walked the entire property and we knew that he understood drainage and landscaping and put us at ease. We were hesitant to finish our landscaping because of the drainage, but Cecil's confidence and knowledge won us over. In a few weeks, Cecil and Josh completed a detailed drawing and cost estimate and we started the project. Their crew worked well together and there was always a project manager on site. It was very labor intensive, the yard was re-sloped, additional drains were put in and strategically hidden with boulders. Additional exposed French drains were placed around turrets and drainage inside stone walls were fixed. We added numerous trees, plants, walk paths, irrigation, dry creek beds and a stone seated garden area. We were amazed at how quickly Hyatt completed the job. At every step, Tony and Josh Hyatt reached out to us to make sure we were satisfied, even to the point of moving a boulder a couple of times! in addition to the landscape, Josh suggested adding lighting to the yard. We had outdoor lighting before and had not been happy with it. He explained that there were new products on the market and won us over when he installed a sample for us to view to see if we liked it. Josh drew us a detailed plan for our yard showing the type and placement of lights he would use. Josh created themes and zones so we can change the color of our lights to celebrate holidays or occasions. We have red, white and blue for the 4th of July and Christmas green and red lights. Any shade of color you can imagine, you can program. We were able to match the amber light of our gas lanterns. Josh explained in detail how to create themes and now we can create our own themes by using a program on our IPAD's. We can turn our lights on and off using the program as well. We LOVE our outdoor lights! We are so thankful to all that had work performed by Hyatt Landscaping for their reviews. Hyatt is by far the friendliest, knowledgeable and most professional group we have had on our project. It has been several months since they finished and the yard looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Hyatt Landscaping!

They were able to quickly fit us into their schedule and with 48 hours notice had set up the time for the work to start. Their crew worked quickly and efficiently to rapidly remove all of the old elements and quickly prepped the yard for its new look. Within the first day they had 95% of the work done, and only needed a small amount of time on the second day to put the finishing touches on the project. Their crew was amazing, working quickly while making sure the little things were looked after, including that our daughter could find her way to the front door when she got off the school bus that afternoon. This was the second project we have had done by Hyatt, as they did our backyard the previous year. We cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work along with the care they took in every phase of the project - from the planning phase to the final touches. We cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for landscaping work.

Cecil was great. He was very knowledgeable of all the plants that were recommended and spent the necessary time answering questions and explaining the design. It took a little while to actually get the design and then set up the time to come back and present it, but it was worth the wait. We were not in a huge hurry. We will likely use Hyatt to do some of the work, but plan to do much of it on our own.

The team from Hyatt was great! They showed up every day on time and worked all day with a large crew. Every night, they performed a general clean up and when the project was complete they performed a very thorough clean up in our yard, driveway and even the street. They took care to make sure our irrigation system was set properly for our lawn and bushes. During the project we requested several changes and the team was very agreeable to making the changes. Overall the project looks great and we are very pleased with it. The team was very pleasant to work with and we would definitely recommend them!

All work was done in a professional manner, and in a timely manner. All of the areas that were disturbed were seeded and everything was put back the way it was originally. The drainage system works good we no longer have wet areas in our yard.

Always on time for appointments in the planning and installation stage. Personable and professional installers. Very thorough. Were willing to work long hours to get the job done. Installed drip lines onto our existing irrigation. Helped us make selections for out front and backyard including using existing material where possible. Provided us with a plan to ensure maintenance of our plant material and suggestions for upgrading irrigation in the future. Aesthetics on the final product AMAZING. Followed up with a phone call after the work was done. We will use this company again. Love this company!

They called to schedule our appointment right away. Cecil came out later that week right on time and we discussed ideas and what we were looking for, then he spent time measuring our exterior walls, deck, etc. the plan was prepared about 3 business days later. The plan is extremely organized and he made excellent low maintenance choices that will look great once all completed. He even included shrubs around the AC unit with stepping stones leading to outdoor shower which we didn't request, but will look fantastic and functional. We hired another landscaping company that was more local to install the landscaping, but I'm sure they would have done a great job. The landscaping will be installed his weekend and we will post pictures!

Landscap design was commissioned and delivered. We are pursuing a design tweak and then will proceed with an installation.
