My experience with the Hyatt team was very favorable. I was dealing with significant drainage issues and associated soil erosion. The work encompassed the installation of two catch basins with associated river rock and piping, as well as site grading. The Hyatt team was very diligent in undertaking and completing the job, and I am very pleased with the final work product. This included a last minute change of scope in the job which was incorporated and handled nimbly, including very constructive feedback and suggestions from the job manager, Tony.

We are extremely pleased with the services provided by Hyatt. Found them on Angie's List. They came up first on the list with all 'A' scores and very positive reviews. As others mentioned, they are not cheap, but they do not cut corners and they do very good work. They are very conscientious and very responsive. You pay for quality and you get quality from Hyatt. And for us, it started with the initial contact with Linda who scheduled our consultation to Bill who designed our awesome new backyard to Josh, Tony and their various crews making it a reality. It was very impressive to watch our blank 0.5 acre weedy dirt patch left by our builder get transformed into our wonderful outdoor oasis complete with multi-level paver patio, cedar arbor, lighting, and lots and lots and LOTS of plants, etc. Bill wrapped up the experience very nicely with a final walk-through and took the extra time to answer our many questions about ongoing care and maintenance of our new yard. We highly recommend Hyatt Landscaping and would definitely work with them again!

Josh Hyatt prepared a beautiful design for our back patio, which included a wooden deck, a paver patio with fire pit and landscaping. He was able to accommodate our budget and made sure we were 100% happy with the work done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Everyone I encountered on the Hyatt staff was a pleasure to work with! They were all extremely knowledgeable and I never felt as though my endless questions were unimportant to them. The work they did in our yard was top notch and they went above and beyond to accommodate some last minute changes I made. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done!

We loved our backyard makeover so much we decided to do the front. We also had a flagstone path added to the back. Hyatt came when promised and brought their whole crew. They come in and get it done fast, with quality work. They also clean up the site so my neighbors were happy. They not only cleaned in front of our house, but cleaned the entire street! Hyatt doesn't cut corners - they use premium products and the end result shows it.

Hyatt gave us an exceptional landscape with terrific customer service. Bill provided us an initial design consultation and created a dream landscape plan. It turned out to be a little more than we thought we would use, so he modified it per our request. Their quoting process is great - everything is itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for. This allowed us to remove options we could live without as well as letting us take care of some things ourselves. This really helped us get closer to our budget. They gave us all the options and let us choose what worked for us. We didn't feel pressured at any point. After signing the contract, we were lucky enough to fit into a gap in their schedule. They started right away and finished two weeks later. Were it not for some rain, it would have taken around a week. They work one job at a time, so your yard isn't torn up any longer than it has to be. The quality of the deck, paver patio, mulch, drainage, and plant material is outstanding. They didn't cut corners anywhere, and it shows. I truly think the deck will outlast the house. When the job was done, everything was spotless – they bring their own wash truck to the job site – no dirt left in the road. After the project was completed, Bill came back to inspect the work, make sure we were happy, and give us watering instructions. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Very well. The design was awesome and the work was accomplished very quickly and with superior quality. They give a rapid response to any questions about plants or running the irrigation. The work is complete and they have been paid, but yet have returned a couple of times to check on things which lets me know they stand behind their work and plantings.

The Hyatt team did truly professional work on my landscaping job. They completed the work on schedule and left my property in pristine shape. They even cleaned the road in my cul-de-sac, which I thought was a great touch. I had a few minor issues that needed to be fixed, which is understandable on a job as complex as mine. They came back promptly to take care of them. I am completely satisfied.

The team showed up on time and worked diligently with a united focus on doing things right. They were always on time, brought a large crew when needed and efficiently completed the work. Their design was fantastic and the end results surpassed our wildest expectations with the beauty and quality. The price was a great value for all they did, especially given their superior customer service. Cecil’s knowledge of plants and design is extraordinary and you have not seen landscape lighting until you have seen Josh’s work. We highly recommend Hyatt – they are amazing!!!

Well. There were some scheduling problems at first, probably due to the time of year.

The project was fantastic! It really was a lot of fun. From working with the designer in deciding what to do, to watching the installation, it was an incredible process. The installation crew made quick work of everything. I was included in every step and had final say before any plants were actually planted. The team was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. They left things magazine ready! Not a single piece of mulch was left out of place. We look forward to working with Hyatt Landscaping again when we update our backyard!

Tony and his crew were fantastic! They worked diligently and professionally to ensure a desirable result. Even though they had a sketch of the project, they welcomed input from me on some changes. One of the changes involved having 3 plants that was not part of plan, delivered and installed. Their eagerness to please me went over and beyond. My husband and I are so happy with our new and much improved landscaping.

Ceil Dean was a very knowledgeable and professional. He provided us with a impressive landscaping design. His approach was very low key and very low pressure, which we appreciated.

We purchased a landscape design. Cecil was on-time for the design appointment and the follow-up presentation. The turnaround was two weeks. The design received was an aerial view of the footprint of our house and area to be landscaped with icons representing each type of plant. The design provided was very ornate (406 plants); however, the ideas were easily scalable and we executed some of the ideas via other vendors. Thanks, Cecil!

Crew was great and the project manager was excellent and answered all our questions. The result is a beautiful backyard free from red clay!
