Great! Arrived in time, repaired, cleaned up and was gone. Very nice to work with. Will call Charles first for any repairs

Charles did a great job. We were short on time because a new washing machine was coming. But Charles came out late at night and stayed until the job was done. We were VERY pleased with his work.

Charles came out when he said he would and already had the correct parts needed for the job. He made the repair in a very short time. After that, Charles took the time to look at several other issues I had and gave me advice even though he may not be the one making the future repairs. Charles is very considerate, professional and knowledgeable. I plan to call on him again and recommend him to family and friends.

Charles repaired our washing machine. I had used another vendor to start with and they did not do the job right. Charles identified their mistakes and corrected them. He stayed until he was sure the job was done correctly and even did an extra work leveling machine and showing me how to operate drain plug correctly. Very professional and did a great job. Would recommend and use again.

Charles thoroughly inspected the exterior unit and interior unit in the attic to identify the issue. He diagnosed a very hard to identify issue with our exterior unit that had been improperly repaired by another service provider not related to Fix It. Although it was late at night, he did not rush, explained the issue identified and the next course of action to take. He followed up the next morning to make sure that our previous service provider was scheduled to come and repair the unit as he specified and again later in the day during the peak heat to confirm the unit was operating as expected based on his suggested repair. He was great to work with and we will use him again in the future for HVAC or other handyman repairs.

Great service. He did not even charge as I live close by and it was a short call. Have used before and find him very knowledgable in his area and prices very fair. Will continue to use him over commercial vendors. Only downside is he does not accept credit cards at this time.

Repaired Lid switch assembly, motor drive coupling, replaced agitator ratchet dogs. Carlos identified 3 problems with the washer and my wife now says our clothes are getting much cleaner and our 12 year old washer runs much quieter. He's very knowledgeable about washers in general and the problems that seem to occur regularly to particular models. I would definitley call on him again for future appliance repair. Quality service at a reasonable price.

Charles was very accommodating with his time. He squeezed us in despite his busy schedule. The pricing was reasonable and he had our unit repaired and working normally within a very short time.xx

I learned about Charles through a friend of mine who had used his services for many years. I had observed Charles helping my friend with repairs such as furnace, appliances etc., and I was always impressed with his expertise and honesty. I called him for a repair on a refrigerator a couple of years ago and he was just as conscientious with my repair as he was for my friend. So in all I have personally witnessed his skills at least 5 times and every time he fixed it correctly the first time and was honest on the repair needed and whether it would be better to fix or replace it. I hate to share my secret repairman with everyone because he will only get more busy but he is truly worth the highest recommendation of any one I have ever hired!

I have used Charles for years, upon recommendation from friends, and trust him completely. He is a great guy who finds creative solutions to your problems, always trying to keep costs down. He's upfront about the cost or range of costs, which I appreciate even if I don't like the answer. Example, he looked at my 3 year old washer and told me it would cost more to fix it than replace it. He also brought a GE expert with him to confirm (FYI the guy told me new GE energy efficient appliances are crap so to just go get a different brand.)Service charges are less than most. He is well trained (electrical engineer), delivers quality work, and has always been able to explain exactly what's causing my issues. He does a detailed job of cleaning (I have 2 dogs= hair in HVAC) and is persistent in trying to solve problems. This is a small business, not a big operation, so if a job runs longer than expected, he may run late for you but will call to let you know. He tries to get to emergencies first where there is flexibility so if you have an inflexible schedule, let him know upfront.Charles is friendly and chatty because he enjoys his customers and takes pride in his relationships. If that bothers you, just tell him.
