Jimbo the plumber was good at what he was doing and completed the work to my satisfaction. His service was professional, courteous and he was prompt in showing up.

Great professional service. I called for service late in the afternoon when the office was closed hoping for next day service. The phone had been forwarded to Stefan who answered (quite surprisingly) after hours. Stefan said he was on a job but could stop by my house on his way back to the office in about an hour. Stefan arrived as stated and made the necessary repair quickly. Stefan was clean, neat, professional and customer serviced orientated. He also wore shoe covers in the house which my wife and I really appreciate. This was my first time using Carolina Plumbing Pros and I highly recommend them. They have earned my future business. A gentleman that went by the name Jimbo showed up on time. He did a diagnostic and fixed my problem. I must commend him because he could of easily charged me for something I did not need. I was of the opinion I needed a major and expensive water main fix, Jimbo checked everything out,determined I had a minor problem with one of the toilets. Very professional.

Once I entered my info on line to Home Advisor, I had a call from Carolina Plumbing Pros in just a few minutes. Stehan, one of the owners came out within about 90 min. The outside spigot broke off and I had turn the water off at the meter. Stefan had it fixed in about 30 min. he was very friendly and professional. If I need a plumber again, I would call them.

Very quick response to problem and excellent job. Installed an expansion tank on my water heater and repaired a faucet in my garden tub. Job was done quickly , neat and quick. Cost was exactly as quoted and very, very reasonable. I'll never go anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

The experience with this company was excellent. They came out on a Sunday morning and provided an estimate and the job was completed 3 days later as we agreed. The cost of the job was substantially less then 2 other estimates. The job was completed exactly as agreed. Hired them 2 weeks later for a different issue and the second time was as good as the first. Highly recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros and will hire them again.

The installer was Randy He was professional. and he did a good job. Randy cleaned up after himself ,He didn't leave boxes or paper he took the trash with him, I would hire his company again

Carolina Plumbing technician came out next morning to give us an estimate. He was awesome. Price was much less than other estimate we got. He took time to evaluate the problem, determine best way to get to pipes. He fixed the pipes, added missing insulation and put siding back. Other estimate required us to hire someone else to fix siding. Very professional, knowledgable and efficient. Left area very clean. Would recommend highly and will certainly call again for plumbing needs!

Representative was promp, courteous, experienced, helpful, and hard working. He removed the old faucet and damaged shut-off valve, installed the new faucet and two shut-off valves in just two hours, including time spent obtaining the necessary parts.
