The technician, Jason, was on time, polite and pleasant. He originally thought he would have to replace a piece of the drain. On further inspection, just had to tighten it. He adjusted the price accordingly. Was very impressed. Highly recommend this company.

I was having a problem evaluated. They called to confirm our appt. numerous times. they showed up within their window of time. They were quick and efficient and gave me a written estimate for the fix for my problem on the spot. They did not check one area I was concerned with but explained why. Courteous and respectful.

Jason was friendly, professional, and explained all the issues he found snd exactly how he would fix them. He was able to successfully fix the main problem to contain a tub leak and replaced an additional part in the tub. Prices were discussed before work was done to give me options on how to proceed.
