Very pleased...would use them again

We had Carolina Plumbing Professionals do our bathroom upgrade project. Randy, their plumber, gave us an estimate and did all work. He removed an existing small shower, did floor and ceiling repair, and installed a new, 5 foot wide shower and associated trim work. His work quality is EXCELLENT. Randy is courteous, professional, and communicative, keeping us informed every step of the way. Given the nature of this project, it was expected to be 3 days of work. Randy finished two hours ahead of schedule. We are extremely pleased with his work. We had other project quotes, and Carolina Plumbing Professionals was not the least expensive, but I feel we got more than our money's worth. I recommend Carolina Plumbing Professionals for anyone who wants a quality, reputable plumber.

Several years ago, CPP replaced our water heater and did a great job. Recently called them to replace two toilets. Jason came out, gave us a quote, and did the installation a few days later. He called before arriving, both times, and did a very professional job. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend CPP.

I called Carolina Plumbing Pros to quote the replacement of our 20 year old gas water heater. They were on time, very courteous and professional, and stayed after hours to finish the job on a Friday evening, which including my request to have a main water shutoff valve installed. The total cost was reasonable, which included bringing items up to code, and the installation looks great. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Check with them directly about appointment time, it's probably different then what you thought you scheduled on HA. They were very nice, but that was a little frustrating!

need to correct the specific problem we were having---we had a stopped up sewer pipe--not a sewer main problem---the plumber was excellent--he worked in the pouring down rain fixed the problem--made sure it was working properly--came back and reset the toilets and had the best attitude and a smile the entire time he worked on our problem---Randy was wonderful---referred him to one of our friends---I am sure he will be as pleased as we were

Carolina Plumbing Pros were very professional, and knowledgeable. I had another plumber come by and quote me a ridiculous price to fix my Kitchen Faucet. Sean (the Plumber) took my faucet apart with tools out of Star Trek, and fixed the problem, where the other Plumber was going to have me get a new faucet. He charged me roughly what the other Plumber was going to charge, but didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I highly recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros.

They scheduled appt last week and never showed up or called. They came in today around 3 pm, told me he was charging me $45.00 for an estimate and this was never explained to me and the appt for suppose to be for last wk.

Very professional - excellent work!

They were quick to respond. They didn't make a mess. They gave me a bit of helpful advice to avoid the problem happening again.
