Excellent on all accounts

Something broke in our outside faucet and we were unable to turn off the water. The only way to get the gushing water to stop was to turn off the water to the entire house. Carolina Plumbing Pros came within a very short amount of time and fixed the faucet so that we could turn the water back on in the house.

I contacted them in January of this year because I had brown water and they (Drew) came out on Feb. 2. A water filter was installed but it did not solve the problem. Drew was supposed to get a finer filter but did not as of March 22. I called the office(Brittany) on March 22 and asked for a refund but was told the owners were not in the office and someone would get back to me but that never happened. I believe I am entitled a refund and will be pursuing the matter further

The man who came was pleasant. He covered his shoes. He cleaned up the projects after he was finished. I would hire him again. It was a bit expensive, though.

Was not a plumbing problem, but a leak in my dishwasher. The gentleman was knowledgeable and arrived early, but could not fix the leak. I needed a repair person. For the amount of time spent, I thought the $49 service call was a bit high.

We needed someone to look at our hot water heater, since it appeared to be leaking. Since it is located in the attic in our home, we were quite concerned, especially since we noticed water stains on the ceiling in the garage. After carefully researching plumbers who might do the job, we chose Carolina Plumbing Pros, based on other reviews in a number of sites and we were very happy with the results. Stefan came to the house promptly at the time for our appointment, and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was not a leaking water heater at all! He found that the water pressure was too high in our home, and that we did not have the appropriate pressure relief valve. He placed a new valve on the line, and also installed a temperature/pressure valve unit on the main water line in the crawl space. We could not have been more pleased with the work that Stefan did in our home, and would strongly recommend him to everyone! It’s not easy to find workmen with such talents, and I hope that others will use his expertise when they need a professional, pleasant plumbing expert.
