JR was great. Very detailed which we needed since the job was to install a new rainshower head and accompanying pieces. Our shower area is fully tiled and he needed to drill holes through tile to affix it. The tiles did not crack from his drilling and the fixture looks amazing. Very professional and did not leave a mess.

The technician was even early and Jason called to share it was done in almost 15 minutes. The owner called and ensured the pricing was accurate. Did great work. Fixed a leak that a previous plumber just 'patched', causing the leak to reoccur. Looks like it's fixed right this time.

He did a great job, I couldn't have been happier. Above and beyond what I needed and the price was very good for everything he did. Jason came out to inspect our leaky tub. He found a crack in the tub and was very honest and helpful in recommending repairs and solutions. Very friendly and professional!
