1800 Water Damage of South Charlotte/Union County

So happy we were referred to Charles Stafford for his help in our water damaged kitchen. He is knowledgeable and professional and worked hard to get our living areas safe for our family. He really took his time and explained the process to me as this was my first home owners claim.

Charles Stafford and his team were awesome in water mitigation and restoration of my home. He showed empathy, was caring and trustworthy. I have never had someone to work in my home where I could run out to the store with my mind at ease, knowing even in NC a chaotic situation, Charles had my best interest at heart. We grew attached to Charles and his assistant. In fact, I was hiding the tears on his last day. I thank him profusely for working in my home.
