Although the crew was delayed by 2 hours due to an accident with their chipper, they arrived and completed the job. The only complaint I have is that I feel the job was 90% completed because instructions from the owner were unclear to workers and they did not clesn up the second oak to the point of my deal with the owner. Otherwise, the other work was done safely and thougroughly and timely. I would hire and be sure the owner communicates better to workers. Thanks for the effort.

Crew showed up on time, with the man power, equipment and knowledge to get the job done. We had five trees removed. Trees were down, cut up with limbs chipped up, hauled off and area cleaned up by noon. Would not hesitate to use again.

Do not like this pro. Very unreliable, never came at the promised time, Never called or emailed that he would be late. His team was not properly instructed. I had to instruct the Latino team myself many times, which was difficult because they did not speak English very well. Cannot recommend this team.

Luis and his crew, showed up when scheduled, did exactly what I requested. Took down a fir tree right up against our house, was entertaining to watch a professional climb and take down a tree. Fairly priced. Would definitely hire again.

Luis and his crew removed a roughly 80-year-old spruce and trimmed some large branches from our mature maples. They arrived on time and finished the job efficiently with a reasonable budget. Will definitely hire them again.

We had this crew remove 2 enormous, 100+ year old trees on our property, and trimmed up a very tall birch. They had one person from the crew climb the tree and chop it down carefully branch by branch with the ground crew assisting. Even though one tree was practically leaning over my house, there was absolutely no damage to anything but the intended trees!! They managed all 3 trees in 3 days, and the price was more than fair. They did amazing, quality work - I was very impressed and hope to work with Nicolas Tree Service again.
