Rafael Macedos installed over 1000 sqft hardwood floor for my second floor. He and his crew did fantastic quality job. My floor looks beautiful. Rafael is very kind, easy to communicate and try to accommodate my need during the project. They arrive on time, very accountable and trust worthy. His price is fair as well. The whole process went very well. Rafael and his entire crew were very courteous, prompt and hardworking. They had to remove old carpet and completely redo our subflooring before the perfinished flooring was installed. The guys also moved heavy furniture for us. Every day before they left we were shown what they had accomplished that day and advised of areas we should avoid. (We continued to live in the house during entire process). They left the area as clean as possible at the end of every day. Now we have beautiful floors. We would highly recommend this flooring installation company.

Rafael and his team did an excellent job with changing my banisters from wood to steel and stripping/sanding my pickled color wood hand rails to a cherry stain to match my remodeling project. I’m still in awe with how nice the stairs look. Rafael is the consummate professional with exceeding customer expectations. He’s very detail with every step in the process. I would hire Rafael to do home improvement projects because he delivers satisfaction.

Mr. Macedo and his crew did a fantastic job taking care of my floors. I replaced carpet with LVP in my living-room, master bedroom, hallways, and two other bedrooms. I found this company on Angie’s list and he was easy to contact and talk to. He came to get my measurements and had a quote prepared within a week. He works closely with a local supply chain which made picking out materials very simple. He let me choose whether to purchase the materials myself or let him handle it, either way I felt confident that I was purchasing the correct amount needed. I gave him my availability and he was happy to work around my schedule. Anytime I texted him, he was quick to answer any questions that I had. On the day he came to do the work, he had a crew with him that worked very well together. They were efficient, respectful to me, lighthearted and respectful to one another, and respected my home. It appeared that one of the crew was in training. Rafael and his brother watched him closely and gave him gentle tips and advice all day. I was impressed with their leadership skills. The other crew members were obviously masters of the craft and everyone worked so well that the job was finished in one day!! I plan on having Rafael Macedo and his crew back to do some more work to my home in the future. Highly recommend this company!!

We hired Rafael and his crew to install unfinished hardwood throughout our entire house and 2 sets of stairs, as well as on-site refinishing of the entire house. We had a very tight timeline, but from the beginning I knew I could trust Rafael to get it done, and to do it well. Rafael was very polite, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and provided a very detailed estimate including a breakdown of the labor and materials. While some contractors swag the amount up front and then constantly increase it as the job goes on, that wasn't the case with Rafael. I always knew what to expect, because he was very transparent. He even took it upon himself to shop around to find the best price for us on the wood, saving us a lot of money. Rafael went above and beyond to get the job completed on time. He also kept us updated on the progress of installation, answered all of my questions (I had a lot), and was a true professional every step of the way. He was flexible and understanding when we ran into some scheduling issues with our other contractors. His crew was also wonderful to work with - very friendly, kind, and hard-working. The floors are flawless and we couldn't be happier with the results. It was an immense amount of work, and we are so grateful to have chosen Rafael to work on this project. If you are looking for an expert to do a fantastic job, without a lot of drama or hassle, hire Rafael. He's the best!
