All Trash Service

I have been with this company for years and never had an issue until now! They did not pick up my trash for over 3 weeks ans when I called to ask why I was cursed out and said my place is a wreck and I was accused of having more people living in my house than I do, then I was told my trash is very heavy and this is why they wouldn't pick up. First of all I am a 5 foot 4 100 pound woman, if I am able to take the trash outside they are able to pick it up and put in the trailer. I am very angry with they way I was talked to! Especially to down talk a customer you have had for years!! And say their house is a mess well yes at the moment it looks trashy because I have over 25 bags of trash sitting in front of my fence due to this company not picking it up when it has been paid for! I have uploaded a photo as well so please make your own opinion if this house is a "wreck"

They are pretty good. They don't charge extra for walk pickup which a lot of them do. The guy I talked to seemed pretty easy going. They always pickup all of our trash on time and so far I have been happy with them. They charge me monthly and they are the cheapest around here. I have had no complaints with them so far.
