After dropping the ball on two occasions, and then quoting me close to $1000 to run a new wire, I decided to call Landen. Carlos was quickly dispatched and within a half hour of arriving, had found the problem and had a fix in place! Holy Cow! Nowhere near the cost or ordeal that the other company was painting. That company was either inept OR they're crooks! Either way, never again. Learn from my experience...call the folks over at Landen and be done. Whatever you've got going on with your HVAC."
