+ -1 moreI called the provider at 8:05 AM on 3/31/2016 to schedule an appointment for a washing machine repair. I was told that I would need to pay a $59.95 fee in order for the technician to come out. Against my better judgement, I provided my card number over the phone. I drove past the location where the repair shop is supposed to be and there is no repair shop. I called Spencer Appliance Repair to cancel my appointment and was told there is no record of such appointment. After telling the gentleman that we spoke to one another not even twenty minutes earlier, his memory was jogged. Beware of this provider.
Description of Work: The provider did not perform any services.
