Building was constructed and in use. Contractor never answered calls to come back and fix punch list AFTER he was paid his final payment.
Description of Work: Construction of an 18x36' storage building that contained a garage and workshop. Poor quality construction, not finishing construction, not installing proper items. Person was taken to small claims court and a judgement was rendered against them. Now trying to collect money owed to repair all construction that needs fixing.
