All mess was cleaned up immediately. Looking at the wall, there is no evidence of any damage or work done. The added hardwood flooring blends perfectly with the existing floor.

Extremely well! Troy is very detailed oriented, so he makes sure not to cut corners. Before we found Troy, we had other box store installers refuse to take up the old laminate, while acknowledging the likelihood of bumps and bubbles without pulling up. Troy didn't flinch! He knew it was best to remove the old stuff and start with new sub-flooring, even if it meant the job would be more difficult for him. Troy finished in a timely fashion, and it's beautiful...no bumps or bubbles!

The work went fine Troy does only fine work, prices are more than fair, When Troy was done with the job, he cleaned up all debris, All Troys work is very professional and courteous. I will hire Troy again as a home always needs repairs and recommend him to everyone. Thanks again the Hirsch's

This is the kind of guy you want on your job. Name a quality as a tradesman, he has it - responsive, punctual, skilled, hard working, reliable. But perhaps his best quality is as a person: he's honest and fair. When Troy schedules something, tells you what has to happen, gives you choices, you can be sure he is giving it to you square. I've used Troy numerous times and he has always created solutions and improved the project. I've called him on a Sunday after botching some electrical work and he came right over, and for a very reasonable price. He can do anything. He is also very tech savvy and can make your head spin with his digital estimates with photos of the work. I highly endorse Troy Rosebrock. Great guy.

Troy did the work the work at a very reasonable price. He was punctual and cleaned up after himself. He also cleaned my air conditioning units filter and got it working good again. Anything I asked him to do he was more than happy to help with and I was very pleased with the service Troy provided. He even did little things like swept my porch and that was much appreciated as well and unexpected, I was pleasantly surprised.

Since I didn't use Troy for the remainder of my list, I can't comment further. The work on the garage door opener was fine.

Great - Troy had me back in business in time for my Thanksgiving guests and at exactly the price he had quoted. I've used his services for other types of repairs in the past and have always found him responsive. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Smoothly! Looks great! Aside from arriving later than expected all was just as we hoped. He did stay until the job was complete so we are very happy with his work, all done by Troy. He is easy to work with and very professional.

Excellent. Started on time. Finished on time. High quality work. Andy doesn't do the work himself but he came over to take a look after it was finished. He found a few spots that needed touch ups (this is unavoidable) and he fixed them himself. We were impressed with his commitment and follow up with the job. Certainly would hire him again.

They were very capable, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I think I got a special for $99 or something. I cannot remember exactly what the deal was but I got a deal with them.

We love it! It is so comfortable to be in, everything works beautifully, and he completed it very quickly. We are very, very pleased and plan on having him back to complete our larger main bathroom.

Good overall. I had to track Troy down a bit but it wasn't awful. Generally, good work and reliable. Electrical was subcontracted. The only point to note is that we had to get the lighting ourselves and we werent expecting that. Troy did send a photo (which was helpful). Being new to this, wish their was more explanation about our options. Overall, I would recommend and this was a good experience.

Troy did a wonderful job as he always does. It took him longer than expected, because he had to re-cut all of the rails and spindles to match up with the new angles on the stringers. He was still able to complete the job in one visit. Troy did a beautiful job and cleaned up all of the excess material when he was finished. We will definitely be using Troy again.

Called them a week ago - described the services needed and scheduled an appointment for a home visit. They didn't show up. I received a phone call 2 days after the appointment with an apology.

I'm doing some work and needed some electrical done prior to closing up the ceiling. I was moving several outlets, installing five new recessed lights, and preparing for a flat screen on a wall. Troy could not have been more responsive. He called me back within 24 hours, came to estimate the job that very same night, and was there within two days to work it to completion, with a licensed electrician. Can't beat that. It was an extremely reasonable price. They were there almost all day and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend Troy and would gladly use him again.

Troy worked about twice as many hours as he estimated, but stuck to his estimate for payment. The job, instead of taking under a day, took two days. The first day lasted well into the night because of the complexity of freeing up the waste water line from the house to the road. Troy did not give up until the whole waste water system was back to working status and the new toilet was installed. He left the bathroom neat and clean (a miracle under the circumstances) and was thoroughly reliable and professional. You could not ask for a better plumber.

He came looked and never called back with a price or time to do the job. I want a refund.
