+ -1 moreFaucet was replaced. It took a couple of weeks based on initial difficulty in seeking a part and due to conflicting schedules but ultimately was resolved successfully. We are pleased with our new faucet and the work that was done.

Description of Work: He replaced an LP water heater and I recommended him. NOw 1 year later when natural gas has become available I asked for his help. He assured me that he could take care of the problem. I have not heard from him again. I researched the issue myself and have discovered that he sold me a very expensive LP water heater which I iniitially praised. It turns out that the model he selected can not be modified for natural gas, even though those types of models are and were commonly available. He has not gotten back to me, I think, since haveing told me he would take care of the issue he realizes he is unable and is at fault, not haveing suggested to me that there was another option while holding himself out to be an expert. Heavy on the talk and short on delivery.

He is not the cheapest plumber but he certainly knows what he's doing and provides a very good service. He's a good conversationalist as well and a pleasure to be with.
