The where very carful not to get anything dirty. They came on short noticed, the day we called and then installed 4 days later. People were very polite, friendly and they worked hard to get the job done. They even sent 2 crews for the tear down to get the job done faster. I would hire them again tomorrow if I had to.

This is who we’ve used if we had problems. They are very good. I’d give them a “B” overall. They were all very nice. I would call them again. I would say their price was fine, I’ve only had one other company come out for almost the same thing and it was about the same price. They are reasonable. I’d give them a “B” for price. I’d give them an “A” for quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

The work was excellent. Their experience stood out the most, that they knew where to look for the problem.

The repairman showed up as promised the next day. The repairman was professional and repaired the problem in about an hour. The bad part was a circuit board that turned out to be under warranty. Mansfield charged me $90. to come out and diagnose the problem plus $115. to replace the circuitboard. That's $115 to replace a circuitboard they got for free by a technican that was already on premises. That's greedy!!

Very knowledgeable technician. He not only installed a new thermostat but did thorough check of furnace and made necessary modifications and repairs. Hw then informed me that previous homeowner had installed wrong fan motor on furnace and explained the issues it could cause. I asked him to check on the price foe the correct motor. I got a call the next morning with the information I needed and scheduled the install.

Went well, tech came in and reacted immediatley. Seems a bit irritated with us for not knowing that our drain outside was to be cleaned, hence the back up. He was quick, appeared knowledgable and professional. A little grumpy- happned at 10pm.

We are completely impressed by the professionalism shown by this company. We will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality contractor.

Tied up and repaired duct work that was hidden that a previous contractor never completed.

I called the afternoon before the work. The office person was courteous and helpful with advice for setting the system for emergency heat and accommodated my desire for an early appointment the next day. Sam the technician arrived at about 8:00 the next morning. He was clean, well dressed, courteous and professional. He correctly identified the problem from the and quot;smelland quot; before opening the unit. He correctly pointed out the need for cleaning the blower. He provided the cost of each part and labor before proceeding. I was impressed with his answers to my numerous questions. Based on my prior experience, I was convinced his answers were correct. He provided a lot of useful information about possible future work or replacement of my aging systems. Like other reviewers have stated they probably aren't the cheapest in town, but I got the prompt quality work I wanted.

Mansfield was prompt, courteous and very efficient. A/C was broken and they fixed it in the most cost effective way.

The people at Mansfield are the best! I've had 2 separate issues over the last month, each has been handled promptly, efficiently and professionally. I will not use anyone else.

It went great. Installation crew came when we were told they would be here, and Stan keep us informed on what was going on. Brandon and Stan were always glad to answer any questions we had. After installation was complete, Stan set up and explained the new therostat. Professional job.

.My wife and I recently purchased a beach house. I suspected that we had a dirty air problem due to poor filtration. There was some kind of brown and quot;dirtand quot; on ceiling next to the registers. I was incorrect. John Gaddy came out and correctly guessed (knew) that the problem was a trunk line made of fiberboard rather than metal. We decided to replace all exposed duct work, which was not up to code. I have to agree with one of the previous reviewers that this company is not the cheapest around. However, I also feel that we got our money's worth. Everyone was polite and responsive starting with my initial call, which Amanda took. She, John, Ken, Hector, and Josh all played a key role in this job. We have already gotten in touch with them to have more work done. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a class company whose goal it is to meet or exceed expectations.

This group was great. Probably not the cheapest short term but after experience with another company I suspect they will be much more cost effective in the long term. It took them two days overall. They removed the air handler and old fiberglass duct work from a very hot attic space the first day and completed installing the new equipment and ducts the next. They came with a crew of four men, all of whom were friendly, nice and considerate. They were great at explaining everything and consistent with their information. They cleaned up after themselves and despite the horrible heat were never anything less than pleasant.

They were able to get the parts even though our unit is 10 years old. They are usually very available and prompt. They get here when they say they are going to be here.
