Description of Work: K&K cleaned the carpeting and two chairs. They returned at my request to re-clean one of the chairs that still looked dirty. They were quite responsive to my request and all looked great once they were done.

+ -1 moreGreat! They arrived 15 min. EARLY!!! As always, my carpet looks like it did when it was new...18 years ago! I would not ever consider using anyone else to clean my carpets. These folks are just too good!!!
Description of Work: Spot cleaned dog "accident" places; fully cleaned dirty carpets. They took two lamb's wool rugs back to their shop to clean.

+ -1 moreWe have used them a number of times since we've lived in the house. They are very reliable. They live locally. It is either two brothers or brothers-in-law so it is a family business. They provide a very good service.
Description of Work: We used K & K Service for carpet cleaning. They did the wall-to-wall carpeting and some area rugs.
