They did three rooms. He was okay. He wasn't the best. He was okay for $99. They don't have a process to get the dust from around the edges of the carpet. It settles on the edge of the carpet. The price was okay.

They were good. They were also on time.

They did a great job. They were very courteous and all that. Overall they did what they said they were going to do.

They're excellent. They were prompt, very professional and they did a very good job. They took good care of the furniture when I pointed out special areas that had stains. They adjusted their cleaning to that particular coffee stain on white carpeting, that sort of thing. They are just very respectful fellows.

I called Stanley Steemer a week ago to schedule cleaning on my oversized chair/chaise lounge. They quoted me at $50. And informed me that it's a $75 minimum for the truck to come out. So I asked to have my kitchen chairs cleaned too. That brought me up to $70. I had two individuals call me before they came and they arrived when they said they would. To have my oversized chair and 4 kitchen chair cleaned, plus deodorizer and protectant came out to $130. I needed the deodorizer on my overstuffed chair. I bought if off of someone and it smelled like urine in one spot. I probably wouldn't have gotten my kitchen chairs done if I known I would have made the $75 limit with just the overstuffed chair. Regardless, both men were very polite and professional. And my kitchen chairs look amazing. With two kids, they had spilled stuff on all of the chairs. And my overstuffed chair does not smell and looks great. There were a few paint spots that they couldn't get off, but I was okay with that.

They came out to clean a large area rug but the process they used just didn't work for my rug. They tried their best but the rug just wasn't coming clean. They ended up coming out twice. They did not charge me for the second visit. The guys did exactly what they said they would and were here when they said they would be, they were very professional.

Seller called Stanley Steemer to clean carpets prior to buyer making the purchase of a unit. Stanley Steemer came and who knows what they did, I think they forgot the cleaning liquid. Carpets never did get wet. Once of the worst cleaning jobs I have ever viewed. If cleaners were asked to sign their work after they were finished or were to leave a card saying carpets cleaned by John Doe, then I think there would be a lot more jobs done well. These cleaning people are brought in off the street and expected to perform a job and to do it well, and they can't, they have no experience or training.
