Description of Work: They installed gas logs in my fireplace. To do this, they also had to bury a propane tank in my yard.

+ -1 moreWe didn't know how to operate our gas fireplace and we needed our barbecue hooked up. They were quick. And they came twice at no charge about our fireplace. We called yesterday and said we were near to the end of our gas and they came this morning and filled it. Promptly. They may cost more we have not investigated this. But they are pleasant, especially for newcomers. There should be a B+ rating.
Description of Work: We moved to Pinehurst last year and bought a house. It already has a tank. They put the account in our name and took information down but they did not bill us until we moved to Pinehurst. We didn't know how to operate our gas fireplace and we needed our barbecue hooked up. They were quick. And they came twice at no charge about our fireplace.

+ -1 moreThey said they couldn?t bury our propane tank until we gave them our credit card number. They charged my card 50% more than the quote on my estimate for the tank and for the gas. I eventually got that straightened out, but it was a big mess and a lot of hassle. The man who buried the tank and installed the gas line harrassed me by phone for 2 weeks because I had the billing reduced with Sandhills. They're known as a notorious propane company on a Southern Pines consumer watch list...
Description of Work: Hired them to install a propane tank as a heating source and furnish the gas to fuel the tank at our property. The tank had to be buried.
