I gotta say that Colin of Recovery Grout exceeded my expectations! I am diligent about keeping our walk-in shower clean as can be but I think even the best efforts will be compromised by water, soap, etc. over time. Colin's work on our grout made the shower look like new! He even pointed out where the previous grout had slightly different shading from one area to another but he worked to make it all uniform. He replaced caulk and added sealant where some of the finish on the stone below the shower door was worn down. This was money well spent. I would hire again and recommend Colin and Recovery Grout to others.

Colin was very responsive with texting and emailing to schedule the repair and worked with me being out of town with a friend of mine to be present. He recognized when the project was more extensive than initially expected and discussed it with me to make me aware of the changes that needed to happen. The work seems solid, and I'm happy overall. For feedback, a sink was used (apparently) that was not cleaned up. I would guess it was because the job took longer than expected, and he needed to rush to the next job. That's understandable, and it was just a miss. Second was likely I wasn't as straightforward as I could have been. I asked for some grout in the shower to replace some white caulking. I considered this a minor add-on to the flooring tile work above. The caulk he used is close to matching the tile colors, but I wanted grout that matched the rest of the shower. It's noticeable, but not the end of the world. I probably needed to specify clearly what I was looking for. It's better than it was, just not what I expected. I wouldn't layer caulk over the grout, and if there is a similar situation, I'd suggest he clarify w/ the homeowner as to the intent. Thanks again for the help, and I definitely recommend him to others.

Colin did a great job repairing and cleaning the grout in our master bathroom. Easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Did a great job. Very professional. Did not try to up the work needed like others we received estimates from. Significantly less than several of the estimates we received. Highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again

They did a very good job on our kitchen tiles that needed regrouting. We had tried to do it ourselves last year and it just looked terrible. Colon made it look like new again at an affordable price. Thank you Colon for making this such an easy process. The grout matches the tile perfectly!

He's a very competent guy in tile repair. Did an excellent job for me. He's very courteous and nice to deal with. I was very very impressed with him.
