Description of Work: We are military and I reached out with a detailed, professional email requesting this company manage our property in Southern Pines, NC. | |I visited their website and followed prompts for "contact us". They never even responded to my request. | |I will NEVER use this company nor recommend them. |

+ -1 moreNikki Bowman was an amazing realtor. She diligently sent us the houses within our requirements and gave us a fantastic overwview of the town. She's lived there most of her life and she had great recommendations not only on neighborhoods, but also activities and other information about the town itself. This was our first time purchasing a home and not only did she do her job, but she also helped us help all the other players (loan officer) do their jobs as well. She advised us about what was going right, but also what was going wrong and when we needed to get involved and what we needed to say. Her referrals (lawyer and inspector) were excellent and well within a reasonable budget. She was supportive when she needed to be (I am a nervous home buyer apparently) and absolutely our advocate for everything. She really wanted us to have a great experience looking for and buying the home.
Description of Work: Nikki was our buyer's agent for our first house. She helped us find the perfect house and hand-held us (as needed) through the whole process and was there for us until the very end.

Description of Work: Nicole Bowman was my agent in selling my house. She was so helpful in making decisions in all areas, including appropriate repair work to promote a sale.She was easy to get in touch with and would always make arrangements to meet. She was up to date on all issues and made my sale very easy. If there were any concerns, she would research everything, get back in touch with me and help make the best decision. Because of her expert advice and real estate knowledge, I was able to sell my house quickly and at a great price. Thanks so much!!!
