It took a while to get it done because of the weather but that wasn't their fault. Everything they did was fine. They communicated well. They didn't get quickly as I would have liked done because of the weather.

The first associate we spoke with said they would not be able to provide a veterans discount to the price because it was special ordered. Then another associate came back and said he checked with management and they are able to apply the veterans discount. The only problem now is they initially told us it would be a couple of weeks to come in, and then they later told us it would be later. That's been the only downside of the transaction.

When talking to "salesman" he said a week to get delivery. When we got to his computer it was 5 days to delivery. When I questioned why the delay when large signs say "we deliver when you want", he said they were "backed up since the open". Unsatisfied, I called Lowes customer service. They arranged for another store to deliver/install the exact same machine, the next day!

They are awesome. They are very fast and professional.

We had to have Lowe's Home Improvement come out, because the carpenter who did the door said that the doors are not like they should be. Lowe's Home Improvement came out, they had to make some adjustments, were efficient, cleaned up their mess and they put the door in, and we were and are extremely pleased with that. No complaints on that.

It is the place I usually go. They are typically courteous; if I need help from any of the associates they usually provide it. They are military-friendly as I think all Lowe's stores are.

We have a house that is over 100 years old that was in need of a roof. Probably because of the age of the house, we were having a difficult time in getting quotes from roofing companies. Represenatives of several roofing companies went by, but no one would contact us with a quote or reason they would not give a quote.All this changed when we contacted Lowes. We recieved a prompt estimate, and they scheduled the installation for our convenience.

The purchase amount was good, but the delivery was terribly slow. However, customer service was great during the stressful time of waiting for the appliances.

My experience with them is always positive because it is true. Sometimes you just can’t find a person for some other parts in the store, but there is always somebody there when it comes to appliances. Their price is at the top or if not I wouldn’t have bought it from there. I knew what I was looking for when I was in their store. I would use their services in the future too.
