FORE PROPERTIES

Description of Work: We were considering relocating from Bethesda, Maryland to Pinehurst, North Carolina and spent months researching the area. Initially, I contacted one high profile real estate office who offered free lodging for clients interested in moving to Pinehurst. I forwarded MLS numbers and twice requested that an agent respond to my email. I never received a response. I signed on to multiple real estate sites and heard from Bob Graham with Fore Properties. Bob was amazing and put me right at ease. He shared with me the fact that he lived in Silver Spring and was extremely familiar with my neighborhood in Bethesda. What a pleasure! We met with Bob on three separate occasions, the first visit was to get acquainted with the area. Bob was wonderful and showed us all over Pinehurst and gave us a comprehensive review of the area and its history. We narrowed our search down to two houses. Bob spent so much time showing us the pros and cons of each house. He was present during the home inspection. In fact, Bob was giving advice to the seller because it was clear that he was not being well served by his agent, another high profile real estate office. Shortly before we closed, Bob went to Hawaii for a previously planned vacation.
