I think it is over priced. They are just average. I have a two year contract with them and not sure who I may use in the future.

I hate their service. We have a two-year contract with them, and we went back five months after. We wanted to order some more units for the TV. They wanted to charge me 400$ addition to the monthly rental fee. As soon as my contract end, I am not going to use them again. The quality of their service is horrible.

The service is very good and there are a lot of options on how to pay your bill. I will continue to use them in the future.

Our experience with them was a pleasant one. It's our second year with them now. At the beginning, it was pretty rough but now it's a pleasant one. I don't have any problems with them. They do work with the customer,if there's something wrong on the bill that you order or it wasn't part of your service, they would definitely take responsibility and would remove it and credit it off your bill.

They are a very good company. I am very pleased with their service. Their pricing is competitive.

I am in a rural area and don't have cable so satellite is all we can get. My choice is between them and the other general provider. I have had a lot of problems as far as their billing deals. We have had them out so many times to re-calculate or re-do the satellite dish or re-do the boxes. We got struck by lightning twice in one month and they were a little difficult to deal with. The prices have gone up three times in the past year.

The installation went well. The verbal contract I agreed to was in direct violation to the written contract. I refused to sign the contract. They refused to refund my money for a month, saying that they could not refund my charge card. I had to get the card company involved to finally resolve the issue.
