They are very high cost-wise. They are out to sell pumps; I had a new pump I installed but it was not a submisseral. Like most people who are out to sell their merchandise He said that that pump was no good and he would put in a submersible one. I needed water so I told him to go ahead. He is not out to help the customer just to sell his pumps and service. The pump I bought from Lowe was plenty sufficient for the shallow well that I have. He first said it was an old pump until I said I would find the receipt. then he said that it was not working right. I needed to get the water flowing so I did not have time to work on it myself. The only way that I would recommend them is if someone needed water in a hurry.

Speedy service and thorough work replacing pump and in house water tank and checking to make sure everything worked well and that I was content with their service, I would recommend them.

Thank God for them. We have been w/o water for 4 days. They could have taken us for a ride because we were so desperate. Instead they came out and told us it was something simple and did not rob us. We just bought the house and did not have any money. I cried when they fixed it w/o trying to get us to go borrow out money. Good people - may God Bless You!
