I moved in and discovered the stove was broken. It took two months to get it fixed and I couldn't properly feed my two small children. Upon moving out because of military reassignment she start to come up with blizzard rules not in keeping with the lease for me to move out. I was instructed to have the fireplace inspected prior to vacating which I have no problem with, however, when I asked for a copy of the one done prior to me moving in, she refused. I told her because I never used the fireplace, I didn't want to be held responsible for something being identified as broken, since it could have happened before I moved in. She still refused. I think this is her first try at being a landlord/real estate agent or she is just doing bad business. Please avoid her services.
