Exceptional service as I was on a major time crunch. I had moved into a 100 yr old house, was expecting a new grandchild any minute and had lots of out of town company coming to use this one bath tub! They worked around my very difficult and unpredictable schedule and came exactly when and did exactly what they said they would do. They came back the next morning to buff the tub ( the same day the company was coming) They assured me it would be ready in time for the company. They finished at 12N. Company arrived at 10 pm. The tub looks great and more importantly it has not peeled or flaked and my company never knew it looked any different.

The two technicians came on time, were very polite and took time to explain what they would do. The job took most of two days to complete, they cleaned up after themselves and were very cautious to not cause any damage to any areas they were in, including coming through the front door and across hardwood floors. Greatly satisfied with their work!

12/28/2011 Miracle Method called to cancell their appointment due to Equipment Failure. 01/4/2012 Not Well. Brad spent most of the first day either locked in the bathroom or on the phone with someone. At one point he told me someone would have to come back because the towel bar screws would not come loose and he would need a Dremel tool to remove them . I told him I had a Dremel and I removed the screws to elimate a delay. 1/5/2012 Brad returned at 10am and said the guy that was suppose to complete the job had to go to Greenville to get more product. He left at 12 noon. At 3:30pm and second crew arrived with a trainee. The trainee was told by the senior member that this is what a bad job looks like. They left at 7:30 because they had run out of product. They wanted to come back the next day but I had to see my friend who was dying of cancer the next day. They said they could not be back until 1/10/2012. 1/10/2012 They showed up at 3:00pm. Tub looks great but the bathroom is a mess. They are coming back tomorrow to clean up. 1/11/2012 They showed up at 3:30 and completed the job. The faceplate on the shower control was severley scrached. BJ attemped to get a new one but the local stores did not have one. He will order one. When I commented that this was the last room of a complete home makeover including wall removal and total kitchen remodel and I did not have one ounce of problems with all those venders and contractors. BJ's comment was the he guessed I were due to have a bad experience. 02/16/2012 BJ showed up with a used shower plate to complete the job. 1/15/2013 HAd to call them back because a portion of the coating was becoming undone.

They did a very good job. We were very happy with the results. They had a lot of color choices and they were in and out quickly. They did not leave a mess at all.

The project lasted for 18 work days with their time at the work site being around 9A to around 3P. We live about 1 1/2 hours from the companies office. The first day, the tile man came. He started his work and did not bother to close off his work area. So we had a white powder dust all over the house. That work lasted three days. The first day he was by himself. The next two days he brought a trainee. It took him 3 days to tile the three 30x20and quot; areas. We learned he was also suppose to do prep work so one of the bathrooms would be ready for spraying to begin on the following Monday. During the time the tile guy was here, he elected to take down the shower doors including the frame attached to the wall. He told me his boss told him to take it all out and cover the screw holds. On the tile guys last day, he cleaned his tools and what ever else and stopped up a bathroom sink of which we had to hire a plumber to fix. On that Monday, the one young man they sent had to spend all day doing prep work that was not done by the tile guy. The second day, the same young man came with a trainee to prep a second bathroom. But the spray guy ended up doing very little spraying as he had to spend time instructing and redoing work performed by the trainee. They then changed workers to a more experienced lead. One day the lead would have one helper and a couple or so times had two helpers. The helpers, in most cases, were trainees. In one bathroom the first guy apparently forgot about the beauty band on the walls and proceeded to spray the floor the beauty band color. Even though he had already put the finish coat on the walls, the beauty band had to be added and the floor resurfaced with the correct color. We found none of the workers seem to be trained consistantly. Each worker has their own process of getting the work done and complains about how another worker did their work. All the workers complained about the franchise owner which was surprising. The appearance of the bathrooms look great. With the difference processes and procedures by each worker, I have my fingers crossed the product will last for many years. During the course of the work and prep, they removed the glass shower doors and wall frame, faucet knobs, medicine cabinets, and a room door, On the last day of work, I asked about putting all the things back they took off. I was informed by the Selma office they did not do that. So it ended up, what they did not want to cover, they took off and then it became our responsibility to reinstall. They allowed $125.00 off their price to allow us to have the shower doors reinstalled. They did nothing to protect other areas of the house during their work, including floors and carpets of which they were on several times a day. Each day and at the end of the project, the house was covered in a white sticky glaze, furniture, walls, floors, etc which we are still washing to remove. I would use this refinishing process again, but I would not use the Triangle franchise.
Description of Work: The company refinish/resurface the wall tile, bath tubs, sinks and floor tiles in two bathrooms. In the third bathroom they were to refinish/resurface the wall tile and floor tile. Preparation takes a bit of time as they had to either paper, tape or plastic cover areas where the sprayed resurface product was not to be. We also had some old in wall radiators removed of which their tile guy was to put in wall board and tile in all three bathrooms measuring 30' x 20'. We chose to have 4 different colors/patterns in two of the bathrooms which were the wall tile, floor, beauty band and tub/sink. In the third bathrrom, we only chose two colors/patterns. The wall tile and floor tile. After the prep work was done, they put in a exhaust fan to help remove the fumes as they spray the surfaces first with a primer coat, followed by the actual color/pattern and finish with a finish coat. The finished appearance of the product is excellent. It is a change from night to day.

We were looking to replace our countertops but were on a budget. We found Miracle Method at the Raleigh Home show. Co-owner Kim explained exactly how it was done and gave me a ball park figure on the cost. What they do is spray on a new surface over your old counter tops and from the samples they had at the home show we thought this was the best way to go on our budget. The other owner Rodney came over a few days later with samples and a free estimate. The price was good and I chose a color. I explained I wanted to go with a dark color in a deep gray granite look. I told Rodney I do not want anything beige. I ultimately went with a color that looked like what I had in mind. More about that later. Rodney nor the workers that did the job prepared me for the amount of dust and smell this stuff causes. They did what I thought was a good job of sealing everything in plastic in my kitchen, however this stuff ended up all over the house and even found it's way into my cupboards and stove top. This stuff goes everywhere and I would have done more prepping had I been warned. (I'm still trying to scrape this off of my stove top grill.) They need to inform the customer exactly what will be done and to be aware they must move food and anything you don't want sprayed at least 50 feet away. They first spray an under coat (it was beige) then the top coat that has the color chips in it to make it look like granite or marble or some kind of stone. I told them I wanted it darker so they sprayed some more chips, then they left and would come back the next day for top coat that seals it and said if I wanted to make it darker they would do that when they come back. They came back (always late I might add) and did not have my color with them so I told them to just seal it, I had to get my kitchen back. They sealed it and said if I want another layer of top coat to smooth it out they would come back and do that. the counter felt a little rough, like when I ran a dish cloth over it, it got snagged by the chips so I called Rodney who would send someone over that day. Well he showed up in a small van (not the one they used to spray with, but don't know for sure if the sealant was in there or not). Came inside and said it didn't need another top coat I said well I would like one and also I wanted the silicone sealing around my built in stove that they showed me at the home show. He said he didn't.have it with him. What? I just spoke with Rodney about that who sent this guy over to do it. Okay so I called again and they said they would send someone over that week for the silicone sealing but that was almost 4 weeks ago and they never came back. I did get a thankyou card from Rodney, which was a nice touch. But I think they need to communicate between themselves a little better and not try to do too many jobs just because they're in the area on any given day. The end result was the counter top looks 100 % better than it did, just not completed the way I would have liked it. So I've had to change the entire color scheme in my kitchen due to having a mostly beige counter top. I might use them again to resurface my bath countertops but I'll be sure it's done to my liking.

This saga began back in October 2010. We had spoken with Rodney at a home show and refinishing our tile and shower basin seemed to be a reasonably priced option. Dealing with Rodney was always pleasant, so no problems there. However there was a lack of communication with what would actually be done.I was under the impression (as was my husband) that the old grout and chaulk would be removed and redone. We asked Rodney a few times if we ourselves needed to do this, he assured us he would take care of it. What actually happened was the chalk and grout were removed and sprayed over with his product. This left gaping holes which Rodney later explained were most likely sealed with the spray. I ended up inserting chalk and he came back to respray. Also, the color I picked was not what went on the walls, this was evident when I had him bring the sample back in-it was way off. They resprayed it for me. Note that the samples are examples of what a countertop would look like, not a shower surround. The shower is much rougher and flakey. They had to return two more times:once to respray a part that was flaking off, then to tackle the shower basin. We had it resprayed with fiberglass. It flaked after only a few uses. Rodney returned and had it cleaned again;he felt that was the reason it didn't stick. This time it lasted maybe 2 weeks before flaking again in the same and additional spots. He offered to come respray it and I chose not to because at that point we were into our 3rd month of not having a shower we could use. He agreeably refunded me the amount of the basin. As I said, Rodney is very pleasant, I just don't think the product is all it's cracked up to be. I had Granite Transformations come in and put a liner over the shower basin and I am just to going to suck it up and live with the walls.

I had wanted to have laminate installed over present laminate. Unable to find anyone, I contacted Miracle Method. I quickly decided on finish for bath and eventually made decision for kitchen even though wasn't exactly what I was wanting. When Mr. Joyner arrived to start the process, he acknowledged my concern re: kitchen and he suggested he mix a finish more to my liking. And he did and it is just perfect!
