Description of Work: My roof was completely replaced. Paul Otto was very professional & as were the roofing crew. Their bid was not the lowest but it was very detailed & I knew what I was getting. Description of Work: Otto came out and did an estimate on windows for my house. He was very polite, punctual, and professional. Although I did not use him at this time, I will be inclined to use him in the future.
