Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for 6 hours of home repair/handyman service. When I purchased it I had a list of things for them to do including installing a doorbell, a new kitchen light, and some other minor repairs.

Description of Work: We were drawn to Dynamic Development by the A ratings and the Angie's list "Deal" he offered for labor. Zak was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. Using the deal, we had him install 2 bi-fold doors, and redo bathroom molding. While he and his assistant were here they took the initiative to fix a couple of misaligned doors. And they did the job quickly, neatly and with quality. We asked him to provide estimates for future projects such as a new deck, a closet, redo a staircase and railing inside the house. Zak has a great eye for function and form and gives suggestions that make good sense. He also makes suggestions that are cost saving. It is very apparent he is very knowledgeable in this field as he knew the correct way to do jobs inside and out...we felt very comfortable with him and sensed that any job we give him would be done right. He was on time and extremely courteous and pleasant. We asked for some estimates and if they come in on target, we will definitely use him for future work. We have been homeowners for over 30 years and this is our 3rd home. We have had many many contractors come through our homes, and so far we are impressed with Zak and Dynamic Development.

Description of Work: Another great referral from Angie's List. Two gentlemen were excellent craftsmen, on time, polite and delightful to work with. They quickly fixed some "tricky" problems other contractors had been unable to resolve. Great job with cabinetry. Resourceful, creative and expert work. Description of Work: DDI trimmed and realigned many interior doors throughout my home, installed bathroom fixtures in two bathrooms, replaced a missing baseboard, cut a faucet hole in my kitchen counter, and installed a workbench and backboard in my basement.

Description of Work: Basement was refinished including some drywall, flooring, doors, trim, and fireplace tile. Also installed a new corner closet in basement bedroom, and finished a previously unfinished stairway closet. In addition, Dynamic Development upgraded our septic tank to properly handle the three bedrooms in our house.

Description of Work: Zac Hix just completed our large outside deck reconstruction and he and his company , Dynamic Development did an outstanding job. The deck looks great, it was not an easy job as our deck is 20 feet off of the ground and required new support beams, new flooring and new railings. They blended it in with our existing porch and it looks great. Zac is very professional, very responsive, and knows that his business is based on doing an A+ quality job. If you need a new deck, you won't find a better contractor at a fair price. I recommend him very highly and we will have him back to do other home renovation work. He knows all aspects of home aqnd business construction, so his business is not limited to decks.
