"Mold in our Home: Blatant negligence by Closets by Design Installer. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT MOLD IN YOUR HOME ! The installer for Closets by Design while installing the kitchen pantry tip in screw for fall protection on top of the pantry hit the sewer pipe that caused sewage water to leak near our food containers and caused Mold all around the walls and Insulation with sewage water leaking around it. The pictures show all the damage done to our home our walls by the Gross Negligence of Closets by Design Installers. The Installer DID NOT have or used any STUD Finder or any other tools to avoid hitting the sewer pipe during the installation thus clearly showing that Closets by Design does NOT care about the destroying customers homes or have the skilled or professional installers or they provide the, with needed tools or compensation to do a professional installation. They rush through jobs and these mistakes are made and customers like us are left to suffer it’s Mold inside our home as a direct result of their negligence. See the pictures for all the damage and Mold caused by Closets by Design and absolutely do not hire these crooks who pretend to be experts in Closets design and Installation while all they do is destroy customers homes and their health with Mold in their homes and walls by hitting their “Sewer pipes “. Think about this dirty sewage water was near our food storage and within 6 feet of our stove in the kitchen. Closets by Design doesn’t care about it and it would happen to you because their installers do not have the tools or the expertise and do not care if they pierce your pipe and flood the walls and home or in our case the sewer pipe and cause mold in our home. We learned our lesson the hard way but I want others to be aware as we are the cautionary tale for the greed and neglect of Closets by Design who employ sub standard installers who do not have the right tools or expertise and what happened to us and as you can see from the pictures is a living proof of the same !!"

Town & Country Fence is a family-owned business that has operated in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. The company specializes in aluminum and vinyl fences, installing national brands. We can build custom estate gates and install gate operators for ease of access. Wood and chain link fences are also available. Sales consultants are knowledgeable and professional. Installation crew foremen are longtime hourly employees. Our office/showroom is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:30.
"Town & Country installed a vinyl fence on our property just under 5 years ago. Over the course of the last year, we have encountered slats falling out, gaps between slats, and most disappointing - our gate has cracks along the top which we are told is due to Town & Country not installing a brace on the gate which was necessary due to it's size. We are now facing $1200 in 'fix it' costs - including having to replace the gate. There have been no children playing in the yard - no obvious cause for the problems. When I contacted Town & Country - they shared that they do not do repairs and referred me to call a number for repair services. A call to that number turned out to be anything but optimum- zero professionalism, zero business. Will not be recommending this company - ever."
